Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  3. Prepare Your Parcel
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Create a Shipping Label
    Arrange and print a shipping label through your preferred carrier.
  5. Ship Your Return
    Drop off the parcel at the nearest location of your chosen carrier using a Track & Trace service.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact us at info@lioramelbourne.com to receive the correct return address before shipping your parcel. Returns sent to an address that was not provided by our support team may not be eligible for a refund.

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.

REFUND PROCESS

Refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
